How delivery works
Every shop on Synara is a real seller with their own stock. How your order reaches you depends on how far the shop is from you. The cost is shown on each item's page once you set your location, and again at checkout before you pay.
The shop is in your county
A BodaKe rider brings it to your door.
- You pay with M-Pesa. The shop is told at once and packs your order.
- A rider near the shop collects it. You get a text with the rider's name and number.
- We text you a 4-digit delivery code. Give it to the rider only when the parcel is in your hands.
The shop is in another county
You collect it from a Synara shop near you.
- At checkout you choose a collection point: a Synara shop close to you.
- The seller sends the parcel there by courier or bus, usually within 3 days. You can follow it on the order page.
- We text you when it arrives. Show your delivery code at the collection point to receive it.
Good to know
- You never pay a rider or a collection point in cash. Everything is paid with M-Pesa when you order.
- An order comes from one shop at a time, so each parcel has one delivery fee.
- Set your location at the top of any page to see the nearest shops first. Items marked "rider delivery" come to your door.
- You can follow any order on the Track order page with your order number and phone number.
- Something wrong with what arrived? See the refund policy.
