Have your order number ready (it starts with SYN-). You find it in the text we sent and on your order page.

Something wrong with an order?

  1. Open Track an order and enter your order number and phone number (or open My account).
  2. Press Report a problem with this order. Choose what went wrong, tell us what happened, and say whether you want your money back or a replacement.
  3. Keep the item and its packaging. Synara looks at what you and the shop say, may call you, and texts you the decision.

You can report a problem up to 7 days after delivery. While we look into it, the shop is not paid for your order. Refunds go back to the M-Pesa number that paid. See Returns and refunds.

Questions people ask

How do I pay?

With M-Pesa. At checkout you get a prompt on your phone; enter your PIN. Synara holds the money and pays the shop only after your parcel is delivered.

How long does delivery take?

From a shop in your county, a BodaKe rider usually brings it the same day. From another county the shop sends it by courier or bus to a collection point near you, usually in 1 to 3 days. How delivery works.

What is the delivery code?

A 4-digit code on your order page and in our text. Give it to the rider only when the parcel is in your hands. It proves you received it.

Can I see where my rider is?

Yes. Once the rider has collected your parcel, your order page shows the rider's photo and a map that updates by itself.

Do I need an account?

No. You can order with just your phone number. An account (we text you a login code) shows all your orders on any phone, remembers where you are, and keeps the shops you follow.

The item is cheaper elsewhere or I changed my mind

Before you pay, you can simply leave the order; it is cancelled after a short time. After delivery, see Returns and refunds.
